My goal is to lose weight - and I ought to for my health. My goal is to lose 2 pounds a week... I'm unsure if I can do it, but I've really got to give it a go! I know I need to shed some pounds to benefit my health as I'm at the stage where my excess weight is causing me extra pain and complications. Not at all healthy. At the moment my partner is controlling my calorie intake by cooking the meals and ensuring I only eat what he allows me to eat. I know it may sound a bit controlling but I have seriously tried doing it on my own accords too many times and I always end up giving in to temptation. So, here goes... Aiming to lose 2 pounds this week so I will check in with any progress and updates. Wish me luck, I'm sure going to need it!!

For some strange reason, although I've been dieting for a week, I've actually put on 3 pounds and it really is not making any sense to me at all. It is actually quite discouraging but I'm not giving up yet!!

Ok, so I managed to lose the 3 pounds I gained.. So back to starting point now at least! Started a fresh from 24/01/2014 - yesterday.
I am on a strict diet due to having a large amount of weight to lose.
Here goes :-p
