I would be very happy if anyone could reply to let me know of any exercises that I can do to lose weight... I can't run but I enjoy walking and I'm walking a bit faster than I used to... I enjoy swimming in the summer. I'd particularly like to know of what exercises would be good to do in this cold winter weather... thank you.x

Hi Dando, thanks for posting, can I ask if you've ever tried the home fitness DVDs? They are much fun and really have great results for weight loss! They can also be done in your own time, as and when suits you... Plus there are usually a wide variety of fitness levels to choose from ranging from beginners to expert and yoga to full on aerobics or street dance! I would suggest that if you're new to this type of exercise to start off with an easier yoga or light exercise for beginners DVD. I'll have a look at some specific DVDs out there on sale for you if you like? Just say do it and I will have a looksie. Let me know if you think it's a good idea to try the fitness DVDs.. xx
